Local Animal Charities of America

You can support Local Animal Charities of America and its members by making a contribution online. Making a donation through our secure server is fast and easy, and you will receive an acknowledgement for your tax records. All contributions are split among our member charities.

Does your employer match donations? If so, then use our easy Employer Match option on the donation form to double your donation! Simply enter your employer name on the form and double the gift that you contribute to Local Animal Charities of America.

Federal employees have the unique opportunity to support LACA and our member charities via the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC). Give with confidence and maximize your contribution by giving via payroll deduction. CFC# 61609

LACA member charities participate in employee giving campaigns in corporate, state, and municipal workplaces throughout the country. Look for them in your company's giving list. If you don't see them, call (415) 925-2670 for information on how to add them to the list.

If you own shares of a stock, mutual fund, or other type of security, you can donate all or some of those shares to Local Animal Charities of America. The sale of your securities qualifies as a tax-exempt donation. Contact Lisa Fierro at (415) 925-2670 for more information.

Making charitable bequest in your will or trust gives you the opportunity to leave a lasting legacy as well as reduce your estate tax. You can give a specific sum of money, a percentage of your estate, or what remains of your estate after you have provided for all your other beneficiaries. You can make an unrestricted gift, which allows the charities to use your funds as they see fit, or you can restrict your gift to fund only certain types of programs you specify.
